Description of Service Agnihotri classes is an online learning platform offering video lessons, live classes, test series, quizzes, e-books, doubt support, and community features. The specific courses and content available are managed and updated by us from time to time. 3. Account Registration & Eligibility You must provide accurate and complete information (such as your name and phone number) when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you are under 18, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian, especially for purchases. 4. Course Purchases & Payments Prices for courses, test series, and other paid content are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. A course or content purchase grants you a license to access that content as described in Section 5, for the validity period shown at the time of purchase. 5. License to Use Content Purchased or free content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use only. You may not download, copy, screen-record, share, publicly display, sell, or resell any content from the Service. We may apply technical protections such as watermarking and screenshot/screen-recording restrictions to enforce this. Violating this section may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund. 6. Course Validity & Access Each course or test series is accessible for the validity period stated on its listing at the time of purchase. Access may expire after this period. Free content and quizzes may be modified, added, or removed at our discretion. 7. Live Classes Live class schedules are announced in advance and may occasionally be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Recordings, if made available, are subject to the same usage restrictions as other course content. 8. User Conduct When using doubts, comments, or community features, you agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, spam, or otherwise inappropriate for an educational platform. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate this. 9. Intellectual Property All course content, branding, logos, and materials on the Service are owned by Agnihotri classes or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. 10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. We do not guarantee specific exam results, rankings, or outcomes from using our courses or test series. Agnihotri classes is not affiliated with any government body or examination authority unless explicitly stated. 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agnihotri classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course or content. 13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. 14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time.
